May is Mental Health Awareness Month. To promote awareness, the Allegany County Health Department Local Behavioral Health Authority, Consumer Advisory Board and UPMC Western Maryland are sponsoring a Mental Health Matters Walk. Please join us to bring awareness to the importance of mental health and reducing stigma. The Mental Health Matters Walk will have vendors available to distribute community resources and information to help individuals in need of assistance.
